Carbon Infrared Heaters
Noblelight's CIR® carbon infrared heaters feature a unique heating filament design that combines efficient radiation with a very short response time of a few seconds. The unique arrangement of the two tubes of Noblelight carbon heaters ("golden eight") gives them a higher radiation density and better mechanical stability. Carbon infrared heaters are also available as circular tubes.

The Noblelight Golden 8 infrared heaters are made of high-quality quartz tubes and have a gold reflector for the highest efficiency. The unique arrangement of the double tubes ("Golden 8") from Noblelight gives the heaters a higher radiation density and better mechanical stability. They are available as shortwave, mediumwave and fast mediumwave infrared heaters. This allows you to choose the optimal wavelength for the material to be heated. The dimensions and filaments are made according to your requirements.

What is good to know?

Golden reflector
Excelitas Noblelight manufactures infrared heaters with a golden reflector, which allows for directed heat radiation to the product. The gold coating on the infrared heaters reflects the infrared radiation. This almost doubles the radiation efficiency on the product.

Double tube
The unique double tube design is characterized by high radiation output and very good mechanical stability, even with 6.5 meter long heaters. Wavelengths, dimensions and fibers are manufactured according to your requirements.

Quartz glass
Noblelight Golden 8 infrared heaters are made of high-quality quartz tubes. The quartz glass is very clean and is characterized by good permeability and thermal stability.

Infrared Ring Heaters
For some industrial applications, an infrared heater with a single heating filament in a quartz tube may be just the thing. These heaters are made of high-quality quartz glass, are in most cases shorter than infrared heaters with two tubes and are equipped with a gold or QRC reflector as required.

We also offer Infralight NIR emitters
Infralight NIR are halogen infrared emitters with a spectrum in the near infrared region, a maximum power of 1 MW per square meter and a very fast response time. These emitters are made of high-quality quartz glass, usually as round tubes. If necessary, a gold reflector can almost double the effective radiation falling on the product.


Noblelight Infralight infrared heaters can also be manufactured as complete infrared systems.

Special infrared radiators for targeted heating in industrial processes
Noblelight has developed special radiators for industrial processes where very small surfaces, edges or contours need to be heated. What they all have in common is that their shape, size and spectrum are tailored to the required process.

These infrared heaters are shaped exactly to the shape of the product being heated. They help automate the removal of burrs from plastic parts, weld in seconds or locally activate adhesives.

Infrared spot heaters deliver high-intensity heat to very small areas. This is ideal for processes such as deburring, welding or hot riveting.
 

Spiral radiators

Flat spiral-shaped emitters enable, for example, homogeneous heating of discs, rods and tubes made of plastic, glass or metal.


Spiral-shaped emitters are suitable for operation in vacuum. They are available with short and medium wavelength radiation.
 

Shortwave radiators for small areas (DUO and QUATTRO radiators)

Shortwave small area heaters can be positioned well on the edges of three-dimensional products, are very easy to control and transfer relatively large amounts of energy to limited areas in a short time. For example, headrests or hat racks are heated homogeneously so that they can be hemmed.
 

Omega infrared heaters

Omega heaters are ideal for joining, riveting and welding plastics. They are also ideal for bending pipes or drawing plastic or glass fibers.
 

Slot infrared heaters

This infrared radiator has a slot in one channel of the double tube. This makes it work as a drying and heating channel for threads, fibers or ropes. The gold reflector increases its efficiency. The optimal solution for chemical fibers and textile yarns and threads.

Unlike conventional reflectors, the new nanoreflector is not made of gold or metal oxides, but of opaque quartz glass. Quartz glass is extremely resistant to heat, acids, alkaline solutions and corrosive substances.

QRC® shaped radiators
The QRC infrared heater is constantly evolving. The new QRC heaters can be precisely shaped to the contours of the product. This way, the heat is directed directly to edges, burrs or corners - ideal for deburring or welding three-dimensional plastic products.

Infrared heaters IP 65
In dry weather, Bowden cables, filters, rails and locks can freeze outside. Infrared heaters with a special seal design protect them from freezing quickly and energy-efficiently. Infrared heaters with IP 65 protection transmit heat contactlessly and in a well-controlled manner and are reliably sealed against dust and splash water.

Noblelight infrared heaters are made of insensitive and impact-resistant quartz glass and are therefore very suitable for outdoor use. The electrical connection of these infrared heaters is led to the terminal box via a special seal. The VDE in Offenbach subjected the system to several days of tests, which showed it to be dust-tight and splash-proof.
 

Accessories for infrared systems
If all components, including peripherals, are coordinated with each other, an infrared system can optimally support your process. The highest demands are placed not only on the emitters and modules, but also on the quality of the accessories.
