Basic information

The VDU/VDL continuous furnaces consist of individual blocks in which there can be either a heating or cooling zone. The blocks are available in three standard widths of 750, 1000 and 1500 mm and lengths of 1000, 2000 and 3000 mm. The height is adjustable. The blocks can be freely assembled and supplemented with various types of belt or chain conveyors according to the customer's needs. The furnace can be supplemented with loading and unloading zones. In addition to these modular furnaces, virtually any custom solution is possible.

Product use

The temperature depends on the project specifications, but it is technically possible to reach temperatures up to 350°C. We also encounter requirements for vertical continuous ovens, so-called pater-noster, or even multi-level horizontal ovens. The requirement for a combination of heating types (hot air + infrared, or gas) is no exception. Microwave ovens can also be manufactured in a continuous version.
