HeatEvent F series dryers (EN 1539)

Massive, modern, economical and safe. This is how the HeatEvent drying ovens from Vötsch Industrietechnik could be described in a nutshell. Modern electronics, ready for today's challenges, such as Industry 4.0, are combined with a design proven over decades of use and efficiency gained through equally long development. The F modification of the HeatEvent dryers adds the word safe even more, thanks to special equipment for drying paints and resins containing organic solvents.

Basic information

Standardly supplied in sizes from 200 to 8000 liters. The temperature is adjustable up to 220°C, can be extended up to 350°C. Depending on the size, either with one or two-leaf doors. The interior made of anodized sheets can be equipped with light grids, shelves for heavier materials, or telescopic slides. The bottom can be adjusted in various ways for easy access by a trolley. The dryers can also be supplied in a pass-through version with doors on both sides, or with a built-in rotary drum system for drying small parts. Based on the requirements of the EN 1539 standard, they are equipped with forced ventilation, a safety thermostat and a vapor-tight welded interior as standard. The dryers are supplied as standard with WebSeason control with a touch screen localized in Czech.

Product use

HeatEvent F dryers can be used wherever the standard version is used, and thanks to the equipment described above, they are also directly intended for drying parts painted with organic solvent-based paints or impregnated with solvent-containing epoxy resin. They are also used in processes such as the vulcanization of rubber or Viton.
