Basic information

The standard temperature range is up to 650°C. However, smaller models can be manufactured with a temperature range of up to 800°C. The door can be hinged to the side or moved upwards. Even automatically. The inert gas connection can be supplemented, for example, with oxygen concentration monitoring. Energy saving and effective heating throughout the working chamber is ensured by an original solution for air flow and its exchange. Heat losses to the surroundings are minimal thanks to a large layer of high-quality insulation.

Product use

VAW furnaces are used in many heating processes where high temperatures with extremely low fluctuation are required. An example is the sintering of Teflon-based polymers or the baking of special protective and functional coatings. Safety is of course ensured by several levels of temperature protection. These furnaces are often used in applications where oxidation of heated materials is undesirable.
