Vötschtechnik VHM industrial microwave ovens are completely unique devices. Thanks to the hexagonal shape of the working space and the location of magnetrons on all its opposite surfaces, they ensure a completely homogeneous electromagnetic field. This prevents the well-known "antenna" effect, when metal materials in an electromagnetic field behave as if they were connected to a short-circuited electrical circuit. Everyone is familiar with the example of a sparking spoon forgotten in a kitchen oven. By eliminating this effect, it is possible to heat metal parts of various shapes in the chamber, or to guide a support frame for the material through the test space. By adding a conveyor belt and input and output shielding chambers, a continuous microwave oven is created.
The standard size of the interior space is 180 cm high by 200 cm deep, but custom solutions are also possible. It can also be combined with hot air to achieve faster results. Microwave ovens are used in heating composite materials, drying coatings even in hard-to-reach cavities and surface treatments in general, as well as in the food, paper, plastic and woodworking industries.
Control via the intuitive WebSeason interface with remote control and Czech language localization is a matter of course for Vötsch industrial dryers. The use of an industrial microwave oven in operation and its responsible selection is not an easy matter. For example, the temperature range depends entirely on the nature of the heated material.
