Only about 5% of the production of infrared radiators Excelitas Noblelight GmbH consists of standard products. We try to meet the customer's requirements as much as possible. Individual length, power and distribution of fibers in the radiator channels are a matter of course. However, where the requirement for heating accuracy does not allow us to use a classic tubular radiator, special radiators come into play.
These include radiators (basically standard) in the shape of the letter "omega" - through which a rod or pipe can be threaded and its surface evenly heated, as well as spiral radiators. Designed for intensive heating of small areas, and contour radiators, tailor-made to the customer's needs.
The main use of contour heaters is where it is necessary to heat just one edge of a product as precisely as possible, whether for sealing, removing burrs, or activating an adhesive. A typical application of contour heaters is, for example, the production of car headlights.
