Thanks to their unique design, where the heating of the material takes place in a closed tube that is easy to evacuate or inerte, tube furnaces are ideal equipment for research laboratories. The heated material can either be statically stored in the tube or flow through it. In larger devices, the tube can be used as a reactor for the production of various polymer materials.
Our offer includes mainly small, laboratory tube furnaces, designed for the development and verification of heat treatment and processes in production. The basis is made up of tabletop devices with a small tube with a volume of 0.2 to 0.5 l. We are also able to provide large, semi-production tube furnaces. These devices can already be equipped with vacuum pumps, inerting, rotating and tilting tube, or multi-zone heating.
SNOL tube furnaces are used in laboratories or operations in the plastics industry, metallurgy and special metals production. They are an ideal development tool for university laboratories and development centers.
