Electronic circuit breakers are de-facto piezoelectric vibration sensors, supplemented by electronics and SSR switches. They offer an output in two values - voltage levels, each of which can be connected to another output in the form of an alarm or notification on the user's side. They are compatible with the electronics for signal transmission described in their own category. Mechanical sensors, using simple spring mechanisms, represent basic, simple protection at minimal cost. They are suitable for less critical production links and cheaper equipment. Their advantage, in addition to the favorable price, is that they do not require power. As soon as the vibration exceeds the set range of the spring, the circuit is closed by a magnetic switch. Smart circuit breakers, programmable via USB, are relatively inexpensive, piezoelectric sensors, intended, among other things, as a replacement for mechanical circuit breakers, thanks to their connection with only two wires. They combine the advantages of mechanical circuit breakers described above with the small size and electronic output of electronic circuit breakers.
