Xenotest 440

The Xenotest 440 is a versatile xenon weathering tester for a variety of materials. Designed for fast and cost-effective testing, the Xenotest 440 uses XenoLogic™, a revolutionary new dual-lamp technology that delivers a high irradiance level of 120 W/m2 of total UV radiation. In addition, XenoLogic technology provides extended lamp life. With this new technology, the two xenon lamps can last for over 4000 hours at standard test levels of 40-60 W/m2.

  • Selectable temperature control, either by chamber temperature (up to 65 °C) or by dual control: chamber temperature and black standard temperature (up to 115 °C) simultaneously.
  • Fan-controlled temperature difference between BST and CHT
  • Ultrasonic humidifier controlling relative humidity in the range of 10-75% (light cycle)
  • Integrated 60 liter water tank for humidity control and sample atomization (automatic refill)
  • Sample atomization system
  • Rotating sample rack with 38 test positions (13.5 cm x 4.5 cm); 33 (10.0 cm x 6.8 cm); 22 (13.5 cm x 5.5 cm); 11 (29.5 cm x 7.0 cm)
  • Pre-programmed light and weather standards
  • External cylinder made of special UV glass
  • UV-protected test chamber window
  • Internal memory for storing test data
  • Data output via memory card or RS232 serial interface
