Basic information
The vibration is generated by an electrodynamic vibration exciter, which is connected to the vibration chamber, and together they create combined load conditions on the test samples. The standardized test space sizes of vibration chambers are 600, 1200, 2200 and 4000 liters. The chambers are equipped with a temperature range from -70 °C, alternatively -40 °C up to +180 °C with a temperature change rate of up to 15 K/min (according to IEC 60068-3-5). The climatic range of the chambers is 10% to 95% relative humidity. The connected vibration systems usually use vertical and horizontal vibrations in the three axes X, Y, Z. ShakeEvent vibration chambers can be sealed to vibration systems in all required positions. The vibration chambers are often equipped with a side travel on rails. Such a solution allows for alternating between vibrations in the vertical and horizontal directions.
