Hot air sterilizers SteriEvent ISO 5 a ISO 7

If you want to sterilize samples or products quickly, safely and cost-effectively, the dry heat sterilization process is an interesting alternative to other existing processes in the field. Only hot air is used in the sterilization and disinfection process. Sterilization at high temperatures makes the use of chemicals necessary in competing sterilization processes unnecessary. This results in lower operating costs.

Basic information

The SteriEvent product line consists of products designed according to the ISO 5 and ISO 7 cleanroom standards. The SteriEvent ISO 5 device meets the requirements of ISO 5 - cleanroom in sterilization chambers thanks to its integrated circulating HEPA filter. The device is equipped with an absolute HEPA filter. This filter is located directly in front of the air inlet in the sterilization chamber. The device ensures a controlled air flow with a particularly homogeneous temperature distribution. For the SteriEvent device of ISO 7 class, the air is continuously circulated and evenly distributed in the sterilization chamber so that only minimal temperature variations occur.

Product use

The devices are suitable for sterilization and disinfection of products such as: samples made of glass, such as ampoules, injection bottles and infusion bottles or made of other temperature-stable materials can be sterilized or depyrogenated at temperatures up to + 350 ° C. Safe sterilization at temperatures up to 250 ° C and 350 ° C is a matter of course, i.e. during the entire sterilization cycle including heating and cooling for maximum protection of samples and products. SteriEvent sterilizers are designed in accordance with DIN EN ISO 20857: 2013, ISO 5 and ISO 7 cleanroom class in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1, GMP and FDA conformity is also ensured. The standard versions of the devices are in 4 different sizes: 420 l, 560 l, 1500 l and 3125 l. Customized solutions according to customer requirements make up a significant part of our sterilizer portfolio.
