Basic information

Pharma type climate chambers are manufactured in standard cabinet design from 280 to 2000 liters. Chambers from our LabEvent product line with volumes from 34 liters to 150 liters can also be used for similar purposes. For customers who need to test much larger volumes of material, we can install large-capacity Walk-In Pharma chambers. All types of chambers meet GMP or FDA guidelines and are governed by the ICH Q1A or Q1B standard, including the required simulation of UV radiation. Weisstechnik Pharma chambers are equipped with a patented steam humidifier to prevent the formation and spread of unwanted bacteria inside the test space.

Product use

For the Pharma series chambers, we offer a wide range of variable accessories from an integrated data logger or UPS, through acoustic and optical alarms, to the delivery and processing of IQ, OQ, PQ documentation and other parts. When developing the device, emphasis was placed on high performance and accuracy of the entire device. Users appreciate the ease of operation. Environmental friendliness was achieved through the use of the new refrigerant R449a. Optimization of the device control leads to lower energy consumption and thus to a significant reduction in operating costs.
