Workstation WeissTechnik WIBOjekt®

WIBOjekt ® workstations for hazardous areas are equipped with specially shaped air outlets. Through these outlets, an air barrier of clean air is created, which reliably captures hazardous emissions, such as gases or airborne dust from the handled products and samples. The air outlets ensure that the air flow and circulation leads all harmful emissions to the extraction unit. Even if an employee penetrates the barrier, the service area remains stable and is protected against escaping emissions.

Basic information

WIBOjekt® devices using the air flow system require much less exhaust air compared to traditional exhaust systems while ensuring the highest quality of capture and extraction. The result is reduced operating and energy costs. There are numerous possible applications in the industrial, medical and pharmaceutical sectors. Optimal protection of the operator and the environment is ensured by: coordinated exhaust nozzles, stable clean air barriers, particle and gas extraction, targeted emission retention. The device offers a robust storage capacity for unwanted gases and substances according to DIN EN 14175-3.

Product use

WIBOjekt® systems are available as workstations in basic or GPM models, as free-standing workstations (FWS), as decanting stations for chemicals, as laboratory or painting workstations and also as workstations that have been specially adapted for the purposes of pathology departments. No two WIBOjekt® workstations are the same. There are a large number of configuration options, for example: Material: stainless steel 1.4301, 1.4571, 1.4404 or plastic. Different materials for the working environment. Optional accessories such as sinks, funnels, wastes, scales, etc. Different filter technologies - filters are integrated compactly along the entire width of the rear wall - depth of the filter rear wall - 550 mm
