WIBOclean® devices are ideal for disinfecting people before and after activities in specialized facilities. Individual models of the product line use different decontamination principles, from ventilated rinsing passages with an air shower with active cleaning, to specialized decontamination rinses.

Basic information

Active flushing works on the principle of rotary dust removal. The person or material is in the center of the system under a highly efficient rotary nozzle. They are thus cleaned from all sides. The optimal combination of small air nozzles with very high pressure values ​​ensures highly effective cleaning. The fully adjustable cleaning cycle is also carried out using high-performance fans with up to 450 air flow changes. Unwanted particles are cleaned during the following phase. Our active flushing system can be used for dust removal or as a flushing passage between the clean room and the gray room.

Product use

The DKS (decontamination flushing system) was developed to clean people in protective suits. It offers a safe, GMP-compliant solution for moving from one clean room to another. At the inlet, the DKS serves to prevent the transfer of airborne particles. At the outlet, the decontamination automatically switches on wet cleaning. The device offers the following benefits, for example: can be integrated into existing clean room designs, uncomplicated expansion of existing systems, GMP-compliant models, tailor-made solutions possible, cleanliness class 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1.
