Isolators are used in situations where a controlled atmosphere must be created, isolated from the operating area. Therefore, these devices and workstations provide optimal protection for the products being handled, samples and also employees. Depending on the area of application, the isolators are operated with negative pressure to protect the operators and the surroundings of the device, or they are operated with positive pressure to protect the products inside the handling area.
WIBO® Isolator workstations feature specially developed docking systems and glove inlets. The double docking outlets can be supplied in four different sizes. The HEPA filters for the supply air and exhaust air can be replaced without contaminating the station environment and the operator. The outer housing of the device is made of high-quality stainless steel.
We offer isolators as an extension of existing systems. If you do not yet own a WIBO® system, that is not a problem. The WIBO® isolator is compatible with other manufacturers of similar systems. Typical areas of application are, for example, microbiology laboratories, parenteral production systems or the production of active substances.
