DongLing Electrodynamic Vibration Exciters

Basic information

We supply a wide range of vibration exciters. 1 kN to 70 kN in a 1:1 ratio for harmonic vs. random signals. 2:1 ratio for mechanical shocks (optional for triple shock). Peak-to-peak displacement solution, or the maximum displacement is 25 mm, 40 mm, 51 mm, 76 mm and 100 mm depending on the model. For testing horizontal vibrations, the system can be supplemented with a slip table, which is designed depending on the customer's requirements. Up to 70 kN, they are air-cooled. Water cooling of the exciters, on the other hand, allows for an increase in size and power up to 600 kN. In addition to single-axis systems, we also offer three-axis systems. We can also provide solutions completely tailored to customer requirements.

Product use

Electrodynamic vibration exciters can be configured according to customer requirements and physical possibilities. Vertical vibrations and shocks on the exciter in the basic version, or horizontal vibrations with the addition of a slip table, multi-axis vibrations, combinations of vibrations and temperature or humidity and many other solutions demonstrate the flexibility of these systems and their extensive possibilities. In the case of connecting the vibration exciter to a climate chamber, Dongling also supplies thermal insulation barriers or head expanders / extenders. Vibration exciters have an energy saving function, where the operating mode is set according to the type of test (full or low). With low operation up to 60% of the exciter power, it is possible to achieve energy savings of up to 60%.
