Acutronic vibration devices are "Internet-of-Things" / "Industry 4.0" ready. They can communicate via the EtherCat protocol.

Competing vibration systems use an analog interface for communication between the amplifier and the control unit. The Acutronic system, combined with a control unit from our partner Vibration Research, is the only system in the world that can offer digital communication, thus preventing interference from the environment from entering the system. This can prevent a number of problems when setting up the system or performing a test.

The excitation cables are routed in the test axis, so there is no need to disconnect or relocate the cables when changing the orientation of the vibration system.

Advanced PLC logic ensures automatic centering of the armature and exciter body with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.

The amplifier is modular, which allows the exciter to operate from 25% to 100% capacity. Replacing modules is easy and allows the system to function even in the event of a failure of one or more modules.

The high level of automation of the system and its settings simplifies operation. Monitoring temperatures, pressures or individual parts of the system simplifies service and maintenance and significantly reduces time requirements.
