With the new and intuitive innSoft-Analyzer software, the SF-DR4 can quickly and accurately characterize the vibration, shock or environmental profile and record the data for analysis. This information can then be used to design/optimize packaging to ensure the safety of the goods. In addition, the SF-DR4-03 model includes environmental sensors that better characterize the real conditions of the distribution cycle.
With its new design, the DR4 shock and vibration recorders are a unique solution that can continuously record triaxial vibrations, accelerations, pitch and roll movements and vibrations inside trucks, ships or aircraft throughout the supply chain. The innRecord series can record paths based on the force and frequency of vibration during transport (PSD) in three dimensions and rotation in two axes (pitch and roll). All data is recorded and the recorded paths can be reproduced in a vibration simulator for packaging optimization. In addition, the collected data can be used with the innDrop, innSlide, inWave and innShock families to reproduce the transport conditions to which the load is exposed.
