During the distribution cycle, packaged goods are often exposed to various types of shocks that can compromise their contents and integrity. To mitigate these risks, Safe Load Testing Technologies has developed two innShock systems: the horizontal impact tester and the inclined impact tester.

Basic information

The horizontal impact tester is designed to simulate horizontal impacts that affect the safety and stability of loads during various transportation and handling methods.

It is a powerful impact tester with a maximum load capacity of 2,000 kg, impact velocity up to 4 m/s, independent impact control, impact isolation, automatic test report generation and intuitive operation.

The inclined impact tester evaluates the ability of a load to withstand horizontal impacts or compressive forces caused by gravity.

A highly versatile inclined impact tester with specifications including impact velocity up to 2.5 m/s, test capacity up to 2,000 kg, smooth motion, hydraulic tilting and 10⁰ inclined plane. User-friendly design with touch control and compliance with international protocols.

Product use

Impact testing is one of the main tests that must be performed to achieve optimal packaging and safe transportation of goods. It simulates sudden braking, acceleration, sudden movements or various impacts that have an absolute impact on the packaging and the transported goods.
