The innVision ST system consists of a high-speed camera and software for measuring unit load deflection, tilt angle or rebound caused by free or rotational fall during tests in laboratory conditions. After the test is completed, the system generates a report that contains all information regarding the deformation arising from the unit load, reducing the analysis time by more than 90% compared to standard manual procedures. innVision PRO is a unique and market-leading program for measuring and analyzing unit load deformation, which is used in transportation simulation technology. The system includes a high-speed camera with computer vision and software that automatically records and analyzes the deformation caused by the load during acceleration or deceleration on a horizontal stability tester. Thanks to high-speed software, the system records and analyzes the results in real time and generates an automatic report with photos and videos that show the deformation of the load unit at each stage of the test. This innVision PRO system can be used as part of individual tests and in the implementation of international standards such as EUMOS 40509-2020, which is used to analyze the stiffness and stability of unit loads to achieve safe transportation. This standard requires the measurement of the deflection of the load after the test (permanent deflection) and during the test (flexible deflection).
