innWave - vertical vibration system

Loading and unloading movements, vehicle vibrations and horizontal acceleration/deceleration caused by road, rail or sea transport, damage and deformation of packaging - all cause safety risks during transport and handling. To anticipate and prevent these problems, we have developed three vibration test systems that simulate vertical vibrations, tilts and movements caused by various handling and transport methods.

Basic information

Transport vibration simulation test systems include several different types of equipment:

  • motovibration - electromechanical vertical vibrations to assess the reliability of products and packaging during transport
  • rotational vibration - performs fixed sinusoidal and progressive step vibrations at a constant stroke
  • pitch&roll module - transform your existing vertical vibration table into an innovative three-axis vibration tester with our patented P&R module
  • vertical vibration - transport simulation, seismic simulation, water wave generators or other special equipment
  • vertical vibration and pitch&roll - combination of vertical vibration and pitch&roll with high accuracy

Product use

The vertical vibration device is capable of performing random vibration profiles that simulate real-world shipping conditions. To further enhance the simulation, a Pitch&Roll module can be installed, which adds rocking and rolling motions. The table can be installed in a climate or temperature chamber, ensuring full reproduction of the environmental impact on the transported goods or their packaging.

Safe Load Testing Technologies offers customizable vertical vibration solutions with versatile applications such as simulating shipping environments including cargo handling and transportation. The system includes an independent vibration controller and can reproduce either standard PSDs or PSDs recorded from real shipping routes, thus reproducing the real conditions encountered during the distribution cycle.

The control SW can generate shock-to-random, sine-to-random and random-to-random vibration signals.
