An example of a tailor-made solution is the bottle tester. The bottle tester is designed to measure the deformation of plastic bottles caused by internal pressure.
The bottle tester creates internal pressure or vacuum and is able to measure the change in volume, deformation in three different positions and also the change in internal pressure. The test chamber has all the components for pressure/vacuum generation and measurement. The control software can control the pressure or vacuum test procedure and record the measured test parameters in a text file. The control computer is not included in the delivery. This test chamber is a ready-to-use device, controlled by a PC. The chamber is designed to contain a water spray or an ejector of parts that are generated in the event of a hard break.
